A Community Cafe for Everyone

Who We Are

Our Mission

To create a place of equality where everyone, with different gifts, abilities, and resources, will have the opportunity to eat, find welcome, and contribute as volunteers.

How?

Patrons at the cafe donate what they can to eat breakfast and lunch meals together in a warm and hospitable environment.  Volunteers work together to find, grow, cook, and serve food in a warm and welcoming way.

Why?

To alleviate food insecurity in the Lehigh Valley and to provide a place where friendships and understanding can flourish across all socio-economic groups.

Where?

At 418 Third Ave in the wonderfully diverse neighborhood of West Bethlehem. A parking lot next to the Café is available for volunteers and patrons.

When?

Now!  We have recently announced our "Soft Opening".

Our staff and volunteers are busy learning new receipes, creating all food from scratch including our sauces and dressings which are made with many ingredients from our own gardens.

Connections?

We are inspired by the example of Tricklebee Café in Milwaukee, WI. We are a member of One World Everybody Eats. We depend on the contributions of many groups and volunteers from the community including members of area Moravian churches.
